► Paypal and all major credit cards, as well as Etsy gift cards, are accepted. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase date. Orders for bracelets and necklaces especially with custom lengths cannot be cancelled because they are made to order. After the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled and we cannot intercept the mail in transit.
► Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days, unless there's a delay in production. Shipping is form Ukraine and usually takes about 2-3 weeks for delivery to USA, Canada, 3-5 weeks to Asia, Latin America and Australia and about 10-14 days to most European countries.
► We are not responsible for mishandled or lost orders in the mail. All packages can be traced from the http://ukrposhta.ua/en/vidslidkuvati-forma-poshuku website to confirm the package was shipped and left the country of origin. When the package arrives in the destination country the postal service is responsible for handling the package, from that point on you can trace the package on your country's website. If they fail to deliver your mail please file a complaint or a claim with your local post office.
► All mail 'returned to sender' for any reason can be resent again for additional shipping payment.

► Returns: If you wish to return or exchange an item contact me for information. Buyer pays return shipping. Shipping for returned items will not be refunded.
► Exchanges: Buyer needs to ship the item back first, unless item arrived badly damaged, broken or had missing parts. And buyer pays for shipping both ways.
► If the package was mishandled by the postal service we are not responsible for their damages, you will need to file a complaint with your local postal service.
► Currently we do not accept custom orders.
► Wholesale discounts are available and depend on the amount of items and order total. Please contact first to inquire about a wholesale discount.
We can only make small engravings on some of the forged iron pendants.
For bronze and silver items it's best to clean with a polishing cloth or jewelry cleaner which will give them a shine. But for those who like a more authentic look and feel for their jewelry which develops patina overtime, there are really no special care instructions.
For forged iron items, it's a good idea to coat with a clear acrylic lacquer or wax to avoid rusting and keep off water as much as possible.
For leather items, it's also best to avoid prolonged contact with water because leather is a natural material and can deteriorate with time.
We currently don't offer gift wrapping or packaging, but some pendants and rings come with optional leather pouches.
